THE PEARL OF THE LAKE

The tour “The Pearl of The Lake” starts from S. Giovanni, a small village located in Bellagio. During this experience you will admire Villa Melzi with its beautiful gardens and the “Pearl” of Lake Como, Bellagio, observing from the lake the most scenic and photographic perspectives of the promontory.

In one hour of relaxing navigation, the tour allows you to discover some of the most iconic residences and landscapes in the area, combining close views of historic villas with wide panoramas of the two shores. It is an ideal option for those who wish to experience the lake in a complete way but in a limited amount of time, without giving up the most representative stops.

We will then cross the lake to visit Villa Carlotta, famous for its museum and botanical gardens, considered among the most beautiful on Lake Como. Afterwards you will admire Villa Balbianello (also known for being a film location, including Star Wars) and finally, last but certainly not least for its beauty, our charming Villa Cassinella.

The route is designed to offer an “essential yet rich” overview of Lake Como: villas, gardens and the profile of Bellagio, seen from the most natural and fascinating perspective — the water.

        Le tappe di questo tour sono pensate per offrire, in un’unica navigazione, una selezione di ville e scorci simbolo del Lago di Como: giardini storici, dimore celebri e la vista di Bellagio dal lago.

        Starting point of the tour: a small location in the municipality of Bellagio. From here you immediately enter the atmosphere of the lake and begin the navigation toward the most iconic villas in the area.

        Villa Melzi

        You will cruise along Villa Melzi, renowned for its elegant gardens overlooking the lake. From the boat it is possible to appreciate the carefully maintained greenery and the scenic location that makes it one of the most photographed residences in Bellagio.

        Bellagio

        The cruise offers a unique perspective of the village of Bellagio, known as the “Pearl” of the lake. From the water you can observe the outline of the historic center and the characteristic houses overlooking the lake.
